How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order. There's no minimum spend, and no hidden fees at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on UK public holidays are processed on the next business day.
How long until I receive my package in the UK?
Standard UK delivery takes 3 to 8 business days after dispatch. Carrier delays, weather, and busy periods (like Christmas) can sometimes push this back.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email (and a text message, if you provided a phone number) with a unique tracking number. If you haven't received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing the order, please contact us at support@nemilo.com.
Does Nemilo ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times vary by country and depend on customs processing in your destination. For an estimate to your specific country, email us at support@nemilo.com before ordering and we'll let you know what to expect.
Customs duties and import taxes (international orders)
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's authorities are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Cancellations and changes are usually possible within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been dispatched. Email us at support@nemilo.com with your order number and what you'd like to change. Once your order has been dispatched, we can no longer make changes — in that case, our Return Policy applies.
I entered the wrong shipping address
Contact us immediately at support@nemilo.com. We can update the address if your order hasn't yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we can't redirect it — you'll need to wait for it to be returned to us before we can resend.
I received the wrong item or my order is missing items
Sorry about that. Email us at support@nemilo.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct item or missing items at no extra cost.
My tracking says delivered, but I can't find my package
Please:
- Check with neighbours and any safe-drop locations the carrier might have used
- Look for a delivery note with instructions
- Contact us within 7 days at support@nemilo.com with your order number
We'll work with the carrier to investigate. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, our direct control is limited, but we'll do everything we can to help track it down.
Express or rush shipping
We don't currently offer express or rush shipping. All orders use our standard shipping service.
